Shawn Thompson

Shawn Thompson – Owner

Born and raised in Florida, Shawn graduated from St. Leo University with a degree in Business Management in 2003 and began working his way up with a Fortune 5 retail company. After 10 years with that company, now in upper management, it was time for a change. In 2006, he was introduced to the Public Adjuster industry by his brother-in-law. By 2012 he had become very interested in the industry and began the process to get licensed which included a 1 year apprenticeship. Since transitioning to a full-time public adjuster, Shawn has helped thousands of clients get the settlement that they deserve from their insurance carriers.

Travis Thompson

Born and raised in Florida, Travis holds an undergraduate degree from St. Leo University and both a master’s and doctoral degree from the University of South Florida. For almost 25 years he worked in Information Technology for small, medium, and large organizations in a number of roles where among other duties he estimated projects and led large-scale system implementations as Project Manager with fiscal responsibilities for millions of dollars in resources. After seeing the value of public adjusting services through the process of utilizing a Public Adjuster for his own home insurance claim, Travis undertook the apprenticeship and training to become one himself and enjoys serving the public by negotiating settlements that each insured is entitled to through their insurance policy.

Chris Gaudreau

Born in WInston Salem, NC Chris lived in multiple states growing up including Pennsylvania, Virginia, Texas and eventually overseas to London, England. In 2000 he began working with a team remodeling and flipping residential properties where he gained extensive knowledge in home construction. After 5 years Chris then began a 20 year career in marine manufacturing in various roles including Team leader, Plant Management and Production Engineering. Having 2 personal insurance claims of his own where he needed a Public Adjuster, he felt compelled to help others in the same manner and obtained his adjuster’s license. Chris is committed service and representation of clients to get the settlements they deserve.

Frank Markim

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Frank has cultivated a diverse career that reflects his passion for helping others and his entrepreneurial spirit. After spending seven years in the casino industry as a Table Games Supervisor and Table Games Manager, he transitioned in 2017 to a role as a Personal Banker in Central Florida. This shift not only honed his financial acumen but also deepened his commitment to customer care. Driven by his desire to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives, Frank ventured into the field of Public Adjusting. Through this path, he continues to advocate for individuals and families, ensuring they receive the support and assistance they need during challenging times. Frank’s journey is a testament to his dedication to service and his belief in the importance of community.
